The Southwest Journal

of Law and Equality

The Southwest Journal of Law and Equality is the official legal journal of The Southwest Region of The National Black Law Student Association. The journal journal was founded during the 2024-2025 academic law school year and publishes legal scholarship of relevance to the Black community.

The purpose of the journal is to develop its members, promote the good of each’s community, train each member with opportune skills of the legal profession, promote the common good, facilitate the study of various legal topics within The Southwest Region of The National Black Law Student Association.
